The genuine and charming granit stone house from the 18th century is situated at the northern coast of Bretagne.
The northern coast is the authentic and wild part of Bretagne with it's famous rose granite stones.
The house is completely renovated - much love was given to details.
It is centrally located half the way from Saint-Malo to Brest - 4km from the sea.
The property offers you space for up to 6 people providing a mixture of nostalgic ambience and comfortable equipment comprising 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
The premise is located on the border to a pine wood forest not far from the centre of the village Plouézec (1,5 km).
The wind-shielded sunny terrace is oriented to the south and invites you for a bath in the sun or for eating outside.
Teak-wooden furniture, sunshade and a gas-fired barbecue are available.
An annexe is available on the south of the site providing youngsters their own sleeping place on a gallery.

A tiny winter garden welcomes and invites you for a breakfast or tea during sunrise providing a fantastic start of your day.
On the ground floor you will find
- a cosy open-plan kitchen with a fancy fireplace and 3m long wooden table providing space for everybody and everything.
- a small library with a piano and a sleeper-sofa for two (1,40 width)
- ein large and bright bathroom with bathtub, washing-machine and separate entrance from the court.
All rooms are provided with luminous windows to the south terrace.
In the light-flooded attic you find:
- a master studio bedroom (1,60 m wide)
- a small private shower-bathroom with toilet
- a teleworking place with a great view, large screen and superfast internet (STARLINK)
- a children's bedroom comprising a sofa (1,60m)
